The Associate Retired Member Chapter known to its members as ARM, was created to keep our retired leaders connected to the educational community, continuing to provide learning oppurtunities, invitations to social events, and additional benefits throughout retirement.

Benefits Include -

  • Member Only Invitations to MCAAP social events.
  • Work Oppurtunities with MCPS
  • Educational Seminars - Such as Financial Planning
  • Continued Coverage with AFSA and Union Plus Benefits
  • Membership on Planning Commitee for ARM Social Events

September 18, 2025 MCAAP proudly hosted our 48, that's right 48 Charter Members of ARM for an inaugural recption to welcome back our retirees. Joining MCAAP was AFSA's very own President Mark Cannizzaro and members of his team to ccommemorate the occasion.  During the reception MCAAP unvailed an offical Retiree Charter Member Plaque, that will forever be displayed at the MCAAP office.
