The MCAAP Board of Directors is the primary governing body of MCAAP, ensuring adherence to our Consitution and Bylaws. 

MCAAP Board of Directors is comprised of 24 voting members and 1 Non- voting member.

• MCAAP President & Executive Vice President
• MCAAP Secretary, & MCAAP Treasurer
• Vice President from each of the five chapters , 3 delegates from each of the five-chapter cabinets (Voting Members).
• MCAAP Executive Director (Non-Voting Member).

Our five chapters include Elementary School, Middle School, High School, Central Service, and Business and Operations. Each chapter cabinet is chaired by a Vice President, who also serves as an officer on the MCAAP Board of Directors.

Standard positions within each chapter cabinet typically include:

• Assistant Chair
• Recording Secretary
• Treasurer
• Program Coordinator
• Other representative positions reflecting the chapter's unique membership.
• The total number of leadership positions varies by cabinet.
• Annually, each chapter cabinet selects three (3) delegates from its members to serve on the BOD.
