MCAAP is excited to continue serving our educational community by helping grow and shape the future of our schools and the lives of thousands of students in Montgomery County. 

The Board has approved the new collective bargaining agreement with MCAAP for the 2025–2028 school years!


Ratified by MCAAP members, the agreement promotes fairness, transparency, and professional excellence for MCPS administrators and principals. MCAAP President Dr. Christine Handy called this moment a "milestone for collaboration and progress."
